Isn't there some sort of voicemail feature where you can specify a
'group' voicemail? ie, voicemail for user 100 is delivered to users 101
and 102 and 103 ?

Then you could have an auto-delete on extensions 101 - 103, and have
three email addresses for the voicemail...

Just recall hearing this somewhere, so maybe it doesn't exist.... ?
