[Asterisk-Users] Asterisk and conference bridging...

Trying to find some answers regarding Asterisk and Voice Bridging.

Mainly, how robust is it?  Are you able to assign user and admin 
passcodes?
Also, if the admin is not logged in to the conference, will the users be 
able to log in?
and if so, will the users be able to hear talk to each other?
