[Asterisk-Users] Comedian Mail User Setup Prompts

We've had this before.

Go to the users vm directory (usually 
/var/spool/asterisk/vm/mailboxnum), and remove all .wav, .WAV, .mp3 and 
.gsm files

Then get them to re-record their message.
