Do you have such a card? Does it appear in the output lspci (as a
TigetJet ISDN modem)?

Do you see the card in /proc/zaptel/1 ?

Is this udev or did you manually create the device files? If manually,
you'll need to create 1 a well.

What kernel version? What version of zaptel? What OS? (e.g: linux
distribution and version)?
