[Asterisk-Users] chan_capi-cm-0.5.1 fixup release

Hi all,

on sourceforge.net I added the fixup release 0.5.1 of
chan_capi-cm driver.

The changes from 0.5 to 0.5.1 are:
- fixed a memory leak (in ast_smoother usage)
- fixed voice buffer corruption on SMP systems
  (each channel now has its own buffers)
- removed unused variables
