That sounds almost like Xeno's Paradox there... if you gave away the 
savings you still be paying the same amount thus half the savings would 
be...?

Sorry, just had to inject some Friday afternoon humor onto the list.

Seriously though, I was never able to get a T1 for that price anywhere 
myself until I moved to Orange County, CA.
