I'm sorry. I didn't see the entry for the syslog server before. I have
been delving into the web interface for the past week trying everything to
get call waiting to work with Asterisk.

As mentioned, I don't have a spa-2002. But, on the spa-3000 we use a web
browser to access the box and change configuration parameters. I'd have
to assume the 2002 is the same way.
On the spa3k, click on the System tab, enter an IP address in the space
provided for Syslog Server, and change the Debug Level to a number
between 1 and 3. The higher the debug level, the more data provided.
I guess I'm sort of confused on your questions. If you don't know how
to access the spa-2002, how did you get it configured to work so far?
