[Asterisk-Users] call queues problem

Hi there i just setup a asterisk box with autoattendant and call queues, but
it seems that when one of the agents is busy all the new calls will stay on
hold until

The agent hangs up then all phone will ring  

 

 

 

[aftersales]

 

musiconhold = default

timeout = 15

retry = 5

maxlen = 0

 

member => sip/131

member => sip/132

member => sip/133

member => sip/134

 

 

this is the queue

 

hope someone can help me here
