Alejandro,

Do the phones ask for a file named CTLSEP<mac_address>.tlv? If so, you
will need to specify the firmware version in that file. The file is
xml and should look like this:

<Default>
   <callManagerGroup>
       <members>
           <member  priority="0">
               <callManager>
                   <ports>
                       <ethernetPhonePort>2000</ethernetPhonePort>
                   </ports>
                   <processNodeName><gateway ip></processNodeName>
               </callManager>
           </member>
       </members>
   </callManagerGroup>

   <loadInformation7  model="IP Phone 7960">P0S3-07-4-00</loadInformation7>
</Default>

Make sure it is asking for it first, as soon as it accepts it, you can
either delete it or move it out of your tftp folder.
