[Asterisk-Users] 25 second delay, then busy...?

	I'm seeing calls to two different exchanges which happen to both be
cell phones, experience the same issue. They both ring for about 20-25
seconds, then we see "No one is available at this time" and the call goes
into busy... Any idea what is causing this? My cell phone is able to go
right through. 

	Using a TE411P. With CVS-HEAD from today.
