[Asterisk-Users] DID + 800 Providers

Marc,

I use Kall8 for the US/CAN 800 DID. Its expensive (around 5c a minute, 
iax terminated). The provisioning is instant (I believe) but takes a bit 
to get the VOIP stuff setup.

Excellent customer service, and a pleasure to work with.

(sorry for the un-timely reply, I'm offline and enjoying life in the 
Okanagan)
