[Asterisk-Users] serrctl add : HA1 calculation failed error

hello,

i just fixed my serctl problem. and when i tried 

serctl add <username> <passwrod> <email_add>

i got thie error,

awk: bailing out near line 1
awk: syntax error near line 1
awk: bailing out near line 1
HA1 calculation failed
