We run Asterisk 1.0.9 with multiple voicemail contexts and realized that
there was a bug in the Voicemail Send Message feature that allows you to
send a message to another user. We have fixed the bug with a patch and
thought that other people might want to see it.
 
The problem is that the context was being left off of the destination
extension when you entered a voicemail message to forward to.
