Sangoma does have a disclaimer on file with Digium as well as a few  
of their resellers that I know of.  app_dictate was sponsored by  
Sangoma.. written by anthm.  Competition is great for hardware  
vendors regardless of who did what... This is the nature of open  
source.  99% use it... 1% help out!
