[Asterisk-Users] Best VoIP provider

I am currently using Teliax.  I have great quality and reliability with
them.  Currently have a couple DID's and an 800 DID.

I was going to sign up with NuFone but don't like the PayPal route.
Merchant accounts aren't that expensive and I feel add a level of
credibility.
