What is glaw?

> allow=ulaw
> allow=gsm

I'd suggest changing the above to something like this:
 disallow=all
 allow=ulaw
 allow=gsm
and try again. Also, check the syntax throughout your files as
it appears that same undefined glaw appears elsewhere.
