[Asterisk-Users] DTMF not sending properly via IAX

Perhaps we need to go over this again.

IAX2 CANNOT DO INBAND DTMF.  IAX2 DOES NOT USE RTP.  IAX2 DOES NOT DO 
RFC2833.
