We were using the Azacall 200 ATA with a Cisco router running T.38 and we
could fax out from the Azacall all day long. When we'd receive, it was hit
or miss. Some fax machines could send to us every time and some could never
send. It appears that newer machines have issues. When we swapped out the
Azacall for a Cisco 1750 with FXS cards (not a very cost effective
solution), virtually every fax worked fine. If only Cisco would add T.38 to
the ATA186, we'd be all over those.
