[Asterisk-Users] calling shell scripts from within *

Hi Guys 

 

Just a stooped question, if I may. I have a bash script that I would like to
run from the acd. Would I use the System command, the API command or is
there a better way of doing this. 

 

I want to create a smb connection to a microsnot machine and pull a .wav
file off to playback to the caller.
