SDSl isn't "dirt cheap", in central london a leased line is considerably
cheaper (see Demon Internet pricing - I used to work for them, but not
anymore). In fact LES pricing can be comprable.

256Kb/s contended at 20:1 for business ADSL and 50:1 for consumer.

Talk to anyone APART from BT, their pricing is much more than OLOs etc.
