[Asterisk-Users] Outgoing Call Block

I would like to be able to block outgoing calls. I was wondering if 
there is already an application or AGI to do this? Or what would be the 
best way. I suppose something could create entries to the 
extensions.conf file that do not go anywhere. But maybe have a blcoked 
call table would be better.

I would like to be able to have something like dial *00 to block the 
last number dialed or even enter a phone number and then dial a code to 
block it or unblock it.
