I think there are a few holes in the system as well. Seems like I could
offer a route to, say, Germany, which costs me 1.3c a minute. I offer
one call each day with the "10 min only" provision I've seen in the
route list. In return, I get 10 US long distance calls every day, which
is pretty much all I need. So for a mere $4/month, I get virtually
unlimited long distance. Too good to be true?
Another concern would be privacy and security -- block your CID all you
want, you can still lift the number with the proper equipment. Or what
if someone begins using your line to make prank (or worse, offensive)
calls, call a bomb-threat into the White House, etc.? Too many scary
scenarios.
