[Asterisk-Users] choppy audio.

Hi:
any thoughts on this?
I am using broadvoice, and am creating an information line for public 
resources.
However, the audio is very choppy. I even notice when I call myself from an 
external source, my voicemail is also choppy.
However, enternally it sounds wonderful.
Any help?
