I have dozens and dozens of them in satisfactory service.

I know that others out there have less-than-stellar opinions about them, 
but in their place, at the low end of the all-in-one VoIP appliance 
spectrum, I don't think they have an equal.

Not a one of the people we have who are using them complains.

A simplistic statement like you wrote there doesn't really help anyone 
make an informed decision.
