The original mail was 5K.  10,000 users means the digium servers used 
50,000K to send out the first mail.

Your reply with 3 lines was 27K.  27 x 10,000 = 270,000K...

Human readable:

50 megs of traffic for 1st mail
270 megs of traffic for reply...
