[Synopsis]:
Sends arbitrary DTMF digits

[Description]:
  SendDTMF(digits[|timeout_ms]): Sends DTMF digits on a channel.
  Accepted digits: 0-9, *#abcd
 Returns 0 on success or -1 on a hangup.
