[Asterisk-Users] incomplete address

When i add both of these extensions (12345 and 1234567) in the same
context and try from CLI as : dial 12345 at test, asterisk recognize it.
But it does not recognize the 1234567 at test, asterisk only recognize
1234567#test1.
Is this can be problem for the incomplete address error?
