[Asterisk-Users] How to set asterisk NOT to answer incoming lines?

Asterisk will NOT answer the line unless it's told to by using something 
like immediate=yes, Answer, Playback, Background, etc.  I suspect you 
have immediate=yes in /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf.
