Hello,

is it possible to route a phone call by Asterisk to a Skype user? 

Scenario:
---------------------

Incoming phone call
	 |
My telephone system
	---
	| | 
	---
	 |
Internal call routing 
to extension # with a modem 
connected to Asterisk Linux Box
	 |
	---
	| | 
	---
       |
Asterisk routes call 
to Skype User	

If so, does anyone has configuration samples and best practice experience?
