[Asterisk-Users] zaptel fxotune.c tool

Having read the majority of the doc for the chipset used on the TDM
card, I'm fairly certain (about 80% sure) the reference to echo can
is for near-end cancellation. The far-end is handled by * code.
Still a 20% chance of me being wrong though.
