You can use a "Local" channel, thus:

  Channel: Local/<extension>@<context>

This, combined with the normal "Context:" and "Extension:" lines, will
place two calls; one to the context and extension in the "Channel:"
line, one to the ones given separately, and will connect the two.  If
both answer, and one of them does what you need done, and then hangs
up, you should get the result you want.  (I've just had some fun here
by letting an auto-attendant talk to my voice mail...)
