Something should be recived in the callerid field of it is sent by the
operator. Some operators charge extra for the CallerId stuff so it may not
be sent at all.
The pridialplan option concerns numbers sent *to* the other end, not
received from. The pridialplan sets the TON used for "called number"
and the prolocaldialplan sets the TON for "calling number" sent.
In bristuff thera are two options "nationalprefix" and
"internationalprefix" adds digits, or one can use SetCallerId() together
with a check of the CALLERTON dialplan variable.
