Actually, bristuff just implements a Zap driver for ISDN2. Therefore,
callerid's work just like with Zap channels. The only thing you may
want/need to configure is pridialplan in zapata.conf (so Asterisk can
automatically prefix a 0 to the callerid if the BRI signalling says it's a
national call etc.). The example config in bristuff is not commented, but it
shows all you need.
