Iirc during compilation of asterisk-addons it will search in
/usr/include/asterisk for .h files. If you have them installed there you
should be fine. "asterisk/include/asterisks" does not say a thing as it
is a relative dir because it does not start with a "/". Relative to
what? Your files might be on /planet/mars/asterisk/include/asterisk.
You need the .h files in /usr/include/asterisk (if you installed
asterisk in the standard way). And for that to happen you need to have
installed asterisk first. Read the newbie guide on automated.it or
search voip-info.org or the list archives or google.
