Yes, that's what I saw on the 1U HP DL140 I have. I gave up having
concluded that
the problem was either:
1) the passive PCI Riser that is used in many 1U cases
2) the on-board server management ASIC (lights out managment, fan speed
etc)
It would be great to track this problem down.
