Videomixing is not available in Asterisk yet. There is a bounty on 
implementing video conferencing. If you search the mailing list you will 
find several discussions about this.

One thing that may work is to have the H323 video streams mixed by 
OpenMCU. Connect the sip (audio only) clients to asterisk which in turn 
connects to OpenMCU. It may work.
