Here, here and I would add ( since I made this mistake ) some basic 
telephony understanding.

I'll point out that it is a full moon and my unscientific studies 
indicate a pretty strong relation between flames and the lunar cycle.  ( 
Not to mention vehicle drivers and users calling for support.  :-)
