Think I didn't explain myself properly.

Do you expect the support that retail software provides?
	No - Good that's what you got!

	Yes - Sorry but not many people on the list get paid to help
users. (e.g. the sterling work the Snom support guys give to this list,
kudos there)


However if you did pay Digium something towards Asterisk (however they
wish to model their business is up to them) then I would say you have a
right to expect a higher degree of support.  That's the point I was
trying to shield my comments from.

You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

If you think an open source project isnt good enough then by all means
move on (vote with your ermmm downloads!?!?)
