I simly have to speak up. I have been using Sixtel for a couple of
months. In general the service, when delivered, has been good. I have
had to contact their support a couple of times. That experience has
been not so good. As a consequence, I have reverted back to VoipJet as
my primary outbound ITSP.

Is Sixtel/IAX.CC a scam? Probably not.

Are they in over their heads? Very likely.

I got a short email from them about two weeks back announcing a new
staff member and asking users to refer support emails to a generic
address rather than one tech specifically. If they make it through
whatever transitional phase that they find themselves in perhaps
they'll be a decent provider. Otherwise....poof! They'll be gone.
