Also, one of the things I was told is that SIP compatibility will be 
added this year.

Interestingly enough, one of the Nortel engineers that I talked to was 
playing with an Asterisk server at home!  ;-)

Just FYI, I've been playing with Nortel systems for about 20 years and 
am Nortel certified.
