	Has there been any progress on this?  I am still getting the same error 
(from CVS-HEAD as of a few minutes ago):

app_addon_sql_mysql.c:164:77: macro "AST_LIST_REMOVE" passed 4 
arguments, but takes just 3

	Does anyone have a working copy of this code?
