If you look at the instructions, you only need to make a some form of
default matching rule to catch all phone numbers and then pipe the
resulting message to the given command.

For that matter it can be run from procmail or from sieve with no
problems.

Of course, I would suggest possibly changing it from a To: address with
the phone number to either placed in the subject or somewhere else so it
isn't a big wildcard match in the username space. I do however
understand that the To: field is convenient to place in your address
book where as anywhere else would require the user to type it in and
risk errors.

Also there should be some testing to verify the sender is authorized.
Granted this part shouldn't be integrated into ast_fax, but rather in
the mail processing rules.
