After a bit of man-handling icd works really well. We are doing weird and 
wonderful things with it, including lots of integration with other 
systems. 

It is definitly easier to get exactly where you want than the builtin acd 
system. The acd system on the other hand is probably simpler to set up. 
For anything a bit original icd is a lot simpler.
