[Asterisk-Users] Recording already started on that call

Hi,

I have '#' key mapped to attended transfer in features.conf, but when 
the call is answered by queue agent, following message appears on CLI 
after pressing the '#' key:

ERROR[15062]: chan_agent.c:330 __agent_start_monitoring: Recording 
already started on that call.

I've not found any option in agents.conf or queues.conf that 
enables/disables this feature.

Any ideas?
