exten => s,102,Voicemail(b2001)

Advantages are no fake ringing, phone does transfers not Asterisk
pound transfer, no answer so caller doesn't pay toll charges, busy
voicemail works.  Disadvantage: Asterisk can't tell if they hang up
before going to voicemail.
