[Asterisk-Users] toll-free anonymous

There's no hope.  Back in the days before asterisk, my LD provider
offered free toll-free numbers at 5.9c/min.  I think I had 8 or 9 for a
while (Home, Fax, Car, Cell, etc).  With *, I still have four, and those
are heavily used.
