If you took your dial line right from the samples you likely still
have a ${EXTEN:{TRUNKMSD}}

That variable TRUNKMSD is probably stripping off the first digit. If
that is there, you need to get rid of it.

Your dial line should be Dial(${TRUNK}/${EXTEN},30)
