Free long distance? 
What allows the free long distance?

-FWD for one on the services side.  The other thing that I did was build
iax2 accounts on the system for them and they are just extensions off of the
* box.  

Personalized voicemail? 
Is that accomplised wiht a single line? I guess this is done by the
voicemail picking up and the caller having to  go through a  menu to
get to the right VM. Something like "Press 1 to get dad. Press 2 to
get Mom. Press 3 to get kid 1."
