We have done some simple work on this via e164.org and the code we wrote
for TXTCIDName()...
It looks for names and/or exchanges from TXT records stored in
e164.org... This pulls the enum configuration from enum.conf but as far
as I know we're the only one that ever implemented a TXT record to store
names etc along with SIP records etc...
So far we have 2 zones, e164.org for people putting their names or other
info and cc.e164.org stores a whole bunch of exchange information, we
are always looking for more sources of data to make the information more
granular as well...
