Hi all,
I have just installed Asterisk 1.2.1 on my server and I'm having a problem
with the X100 Zap channel.
The channel works for a while when I boot up the server and then degrades to
an garbled dial tone and speach.
Also this problem will appear when I reload the Asterisk config files. My
SIP and IAX channels are working fine.
In the logs file I get
Dec 26 21:05:22 WARNING[2377] chan_zap.c: Ignoring signalling
Dec 26 21:05:22 WARNING[2377] chan_zap.c: Ignoring overlapdial
when reloading the configs and
Dec 26 21:05:41 NOTICE[2577] callerid.c: Caller*ID failed checksum
Dec 26 21:05:44 NOTICE[2577] chan_zap.c: Got event 18 (Ring Begin)...
when a call comes in on the Zap channel
At bootup of Asterisk, these do not appear in the logs, only after a reload
included zapata.conf
[trunkgroups]
[channels]
language=en
context=incoming
signalling=fxs_ks
channel => 1
usecallerid=yes
echocancel=yes

overlapdial=yes
relaxdtmf=yes
echotraining=yes
rxgain=100%
txgain=50%
and zaptel.conf

Any insight into resolving this would be appricated,
Regards,
Todd Reese
